I stop by Adam's home gym to talk with him about Garage Gym Lab, the website entirely dedicated to reviewing gym equipment, from bars and plates, to racks and strength pieces. Adam does it all. His favorite Sorinex rack was there, along with a bazillion wall hung attachments, 40+ barbells, and specialty bars, and flooring that was specially designed for his garage. Quite the experience.
