Shipping policy
Freedom Fitness Equipment is pleased to offer shipping nationwide as well as local pickup! Please see our shipping rates (both freight, as well as national carriers) at checkout.
NOTE: Shipping rates are ESTIMATES. Actual lead times may vary depending on the time of year and volumes the carrier is managing.
DEFINITIONS
Shipping - in general, shipping is NOT assembly. This means the item will be shipped, and may not be assembled, or may be partially disassembled.
- In the case of NEW equipment, the item will likely be fully encased in a box, or multiple boxes, or crate/packaging, with a few exceptions, and you will need to assemble it once it arrives.
- In the case of USED equipment, the unit may come fully assembled, or partially disassembled to fit into a truck for transport. In either case, the driver will NOT bring any unit indoors, into a garage, or into the home for a residence.
Freight - this shipping method is ALWAYS curbside for residential deliveries. Freight carrier will drop the freight at the curb. They will not bring the item inside or assemble it.
Local Pickup
Items are available for local pickup (or nationwide shipping). For Local Pickup, any items not picked up within approximately 1-2 week of purchase may be assessed a 10% processing and service charge at Freedom Fitness Equipment's discretion, and order will be refunded unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
