New Products

All new products sold by Freedom Fitness Equipment LLC ("Freedom Fitness") are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Additionally, Freedom Fitness provides a supplementary 30-day warranty from the date of delivery to cover any major failures due to normal use. This includes software and hardware malfunctions, such as error codes and console or program issues, provided the equipment is stored in enclosed, climate-controlled settings. Damage resulting from exposure to outdoor elements, improper voltage, electrical surges, misuse, neglect, or abuse is not covered. If the customer does not use Freedom Fitness's delivery service, any damage sustained during transport is also excluded.

Used Products

Freedom Fitness provides a 30-day warranty for all used products, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers failures due to normal use and software or hardware issues, including error codes and console or program malfunctions, as long as the equipment is stored in enclosed, climate-controlled settings. Damage caused by exposure to outdoor elements, improper voltage, electrical surges, misuse, neglect, abuse, or damage sustained during transport if the customer does not use Freedom Fitness's delivery service is not covered.

Note: To be eligible for coverage, all claims must be reported to Freedom Fitness within the warranty period. Warranty coverage includes labor for travel up to 30 miles from the initial delivery location.
